Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our commitment to building this community of practice drives us to ensure the ongoing availability of our services while maintaining fairness and transparency in a sustainable way. Please find the outline of our cancellation and refund policy below. 

By using this website to register for a course, the registrant is agreeing to the Terms and Conditions as outlined below

Booking conditions and Payment Policy:
Courses:  A $350 deposit is required upon application to secure your place. Spots cannot be held without deposit payment. For all courses, final outstanding amount and full payment is required 6 weeks prior to the course start date and registrants agree to pay any outstanding balance no later than this date. Failure to pay the outstanding amount on time may forfeit your place in the course or change the rate of the course fee.

Course Cancelation and Refund Policy 
If the remaining course fees are not received by the specified due date (typically 4–6 weeks before the course begins), the student's place will be offered to someone on the waiting list, and the deposit will be forfeited.
If the registrant does not respond to emails, text messages, or voicemails regarding the outstanding balance, their spot and deposit will be forfeited 1–13 days before the course start date, as final logistics (room hire, tables and students booklets etc) are arranged 14 days in advance.


If a registrant withdraws or transfers from the course, the following refund policy applies:
  • If the registrant withdraws 42 days or more prior to course commencement the student will receive a full refund of all monies paid, minus an administration fee of $75 
  • If the registrant withdraws 35-42 days prior to the course commencement the student will receive 75% of the full course fee, minus an administration fee of $75 
  • If the registrant withdraws 14-34 days prior to course commencement the student will receive 50% of the full course fee, minus an administration fee of $75
  • If the registrant withdraws 1-13 days prior to course commencement or withdraws after the course commences, the full course fee or any monies paid, is non-refundable and no transfers are possible under any circumstances including but not limited to sickness. ​

The Sydney Craniosacral therapy centre reserves the right to cancel any course, in which case all money already paid will be refunded in full. In the event of a course cancellation, the Sydney Craniosacral therapy centre is not responsible for any losses incurred, including but not limited to travel and accommodation expenses.​ If the course is postponed, all money already paid will be refunded or can be used as a credit to transfer to the next occurrence of the course within 12 months. If there is no equivalent course held within 12 months, all money already paid will be refunded in full.
