By using this website to register for a course, the registrant is agreeing to the Terms and Conditions as outlined below Booking conditions and Payment Policy: Courses: A $250 deposit is payable upon application. For all courses, final outstanding amount and full payment is required 6 weeks prior to the course start date and registrants agree to pay any outstanding balance no later than this date. Failure to pay the outstanding amount on time may forfeit your place in the course or change the rate of the course fee. Course Cancelation and Refund Policy If the balance of the fees is not received by the notified due date (six weeks prior to commencement date), a student's place may be offered to someone on the waiting list. The registrant will forfeit the deposit paid. If a registrant withdraws or transfers from the course, the following refund policy applies:
The Integrative Craniosacral Academy (ICSA) reserves the right to cancel any course, in which case all money already paid will be refunded in full. In the event of a course cancellation, the Integrative Craniosacral Academy is not responsible for any losses incurred, including but not limited to travel and accommodation expenses. If the course is postponed, all money already paid will be refunded or can be used as a credit to transfer to the next occurrence of the course within 12 months. If there is no equivalent course held within 12 months, all money already paid will be refunded in full. |
