Where Science meets Practice From Theory to Practice: Body-Oriented Trauma & Nervous System Regulation workshop with Craniosacral Therapy Go beyond theory. Learn to work with the body directly.
Specialist Workshops I offer in-person workshops for schools, institutes, and training organisations wanting to expand their curriculum into body-based approaches to trauma, stress physiology, and nervous system integration. These workshops are especially valuable for massage schools, psycho therapist, somatic, coaching and breathwork trainings, and for therapists whose work is mostly verbal and would like to include the body to release stress and tension. Participants learn how to support integration through the body with gentle, safe, non-invasive touch. No previous bodywork experience required. __________________________________
Trauma research has revealed how trauma shapes the brain, nervous system, and body. Craniosacral Therapy translates this knowledge into hands-on practice.
This workshop combines neuroscience, anatomy, and practical hands-on craniosacral skills to support stress physiology, nervous system regulation, trauma processing and completing the biological stress response, directly through the body.
Why the Body? Trauma is not only in our stories—it lives in our physiology. It is stored in stress pathways, survival responses, and nervous system patterns. The body is the point of entry for nervous system regulation and trauma treatment. Body-oriented work is an essential key to unlocking stuck patterns, supporting regulation, and trauma processing
What You Will Learn ✔ Core practitioner skills to work with the body ✔The Biological Stress Pathways ✔Work directly with the body’s stress physiology ✔Hands-on skills with the central and autonomic nervous system ✔Learn to support regulation through CST Skills ✔ Brain Structures & Trauma - Understand how trauma impacts the brainstem, limbic system & cortex ✔Use craniosacral techniques to engage neural structures through the body ✔ The Vagus Nerve in Practice - Anatomy & pathways of the 10th cranial nerve Palpation of dorsal & ventral branches ✔Practical methods to regulate vagal tone, safety & connection ✔ Polyvagal Theory—Applied ✔ The language of the body - fascia speaks through movement, the nervous system through neural firing, bones trough rhythmic motion. fluids through flow and organs through motility. ✔Move from theory into touch-based techniques ✔Support real-time shifts in autonomic states ✔ Mapping the Nervous System ✔Track survival responses in clients and yourself ✔Learn the body’s language of stress, discharge, and regulation ✔Support completion of biological stress responses ✔ Returning Home to Self ✔Cultivate deep presence through the body ✔Learn how body-based work restores wholeness
Providing practical tools for working with the nervous system, releasing stored survival responses, and supporting deep regulation and healing.
Who This Is For Therapists, coaches, bodyworkers, psychologists, health professionals, somatic practitioners, breathwork practitioners. Anyone wanting to integrate body-based trauma skills into their practice
Turn cutting-edge trauma theory into practical healing. Learn to listen to the body, regulate the nervous system, and transform trauma at its roots.

All workshops are presented with a student booklet, integrating theoretical and practical learnings, somatic exercises and a blend of mind-body techniques. Learning takes place in a didactic and experiential format with slides, practical somatic, embodiment exercises and table work - giving and receiving treatments.
✨ “Healing is not something you need to search for outside yourself — the body holds the wisdom. When we allow space, it can emerge naturally, from the inside out.” ✨
Everything with a soul carries the potential for wholeness. The elements required for healing already exist within you. At times, the soul is lifted to a higher frequency — through insight, release, letting go, beauty, inspiration, or the profound experience of compassionate, skilled touch. It is through the innate power of our own being that the journey of healing unfolds.
