​By the end of Module 4 you will :
 - have a clear understanding of trauma, stress and nervous system regulation
- develop a comprehensive script, protocol, and exercises for trauma-informed Craniosacral Therapy. 
- be equipped with the latest research on Trauma, C-PTSD and how it applies to CST
​- have a treatment protocol for chronic stress, pain, dysautonomia and trauma clients

​All modules are presented with a student booklet, integrating theoretical and practical learnings, somatic exercises and a blend of mind-body techniques. Learning takes place in a didactic and experiential format with powerpoint slides, practical somatic and embodiment exercises and table work - giving and receiving treatments.
