Craniosacral is among the fastest growing physical therapies, offering transformative healing capabilities, that no other modality can. Join us for a comprehensive learning experience, either as a one-off module, or any other further modules at your choice or to enroll in our upcoming Program Modules 1 to 6, which will include homework, assessment and supervision.

We will start a new intake with a Craniosacral Foundation Program this November 2025  in Crows Nest, Sydney. All further modules (2-6) can be done as a stand alone once and in no particular order, once the foundation course is completed or to enrol in full program. (dates to be announced for 2026 with 6 modules in total to become a Craniosacral Therapist).​  Link here

Who Should Attend: This program is ideal for therapists and bodyworkers interested in Craniosacral Therapy, as well as individuals on their personal healing journey, self-development. Everybody is welcome.

Integrative Foundational Course -

​Course Structure: 
Training days will run from 9.30 am to 5 pm (Sunday last day till app. 2.30 pm) at the Community Centre in Crows Nest.
The structure of the days will be lectures, practical anatomy, demonstration, and giving and receiving practice treatments from fellow students each day.

What You'll further Receive:
 🔸 1x 3-hour practice sessions in Crows Nest Clinic (dates to be decided during training program).

Once all 6 modules are completed the first 10 students will receive:

13-16 February 2025 Enrolment Form Module 1
In this Module you will learn to  listen and feel the inner movements of a person’s body on a tissue, osseous, fluid, nervous system or energetic level. You will understand how to approach and interact with the Craniosacral system and learn and feel the cranial rhythms. You will learn how the CS system affects the whole body. 

You will learn:
- Foundational essential skills as Practitioners
- Craniosacral Principles - Rhythms, Dynamic Stillness, Stillpoints, Holistic shifts, Reciprocal tension membrane and much more
- A blend of Mind-Body Medicine principles, somatic tools, listening skills and mindset  tools

You will gain an anatomical overview of :
 🔸 the bones and membranes of the craniosacral system
 🔸the cerebrospinal fluid and the role of the central nervous system.
 🔸 the core link of the reciprocal tension membrane 
 🔸 the diaphragms and applying diaphragm releases.

You will learn to work with:
*  the Cranial bones
*First Neck vertebrae - Occiput/Atlas
* Introduction to Vagus nerve 
* Core Link - Sacrum-Occiput
* Sacrum and lower back

​The Integrative Craniosacral Therapy Academy consists of 6 modules which will incorporate different forms of nervous system regulation tools, emotional release tools, protocols and scripts,  mind-body coaching, polyvagal, felt sense exercises, embodiment practices, psychology handouts, tools, and brain reprogramming tools to assist and allow for transformation of the physical body, mental body, emotional body, and spiritual body, for ourselves as students/practitioners and for our family, friends or clients. Module 1 will incorporate some of these aspects. 

By the end of the Foundation class, you will be able to give a full basic Cranio session.

This Integrative Craniosacral Training is Biodynamic (Sutherland model) with a blend of Mind-Body Medicine modalities to assist all our bodies: the physical body, mental body, emotional body and spiritual body. It is truely going to be an amazing transformative few days with many concepts and tools to take away.
