We don't just teach a set of Craniosacral techniques; we offer an integrated mind-body practice to address physical, mental and emotional symptoms
At the Integrative Craniosacral Therapy Academy (ICTA) you can enrol in the full 6-module program to become a craniosacral therapist. After completing Foundation Module 1, you may choose to attend further modules as standalone courses and in any mixed order. The entire program to become a therapist consists of six modules, which can be completed over an 18-24 month period.

Who Should Attend: Anyone interested in health and wellbeing. Everybody is welcome. If you are looking to do a few courses, you are very welcome to enrol in any course once the foundation course is completed or you may register for the Full 6-Module Program.

6 Modules
Practical and applied Training outline: (subject to change to make it even better):
All modules are presented with a student booklet, theoretical and practical learnings, somatic & awareness exercises and with a blend of various mind-body techniques. Learning is in class room style with powerpoint slides, and with practical somatic and embodiment exercises during the course. (click on module for more info)
Module 1. 🔸 Basic and Foundational skills
In Module 1 you will learn to listen and feel the inner movements of a person’s body on a tissue, osseous, fluid, nervous system or energetic level. You will understand how to approach and interact with the Craniosacral system and learn and feel the cranial rhythms. You will learn how the CS system affects the whole body.
Module 2. 🔸 Working with Trauma, Stress, Nervous system and stress organs
Traumatic Stress -physical body and sensations. Working with the organs and brain structures involved in Trauma and Stress. Polyvagal and working with the Vagus Nerve.
inclusive of Somatic and Nervous System reset.
Module 3. 🔸Jaw, TMJ, Throat, Voice
Working with all the bones, ligaments and tissues involved in the throat and jaw. Voice Expression and Embodiment in the Emotional Body.
Module 4. 🔸 Cranium and Brain- Protocols for headaches, migraines, whiplash, concussion, and delving into the Mental body through thought processes and beliefs.
Module 5. 🔸 Whole body - Emotional Release, Parts Work, Somatics working with the physical and emotional body.
Module 6. 🔸 Craniosacral integration - moving into the spiritual body and working with the physical body through organs, eyes, and other parts. Giving and receiving a complete intake and treatment.
Additional: Practical business tips, support and mentoring to start a career as a craniosacral therapist and student placement for the first 6 students to graduate in my clinics.
7. 🔸 Retreat (not part of training course - can be booked by anyone for everyone)

The total training of 6 modules will incorporate different forms of emotional release tools, protocols and scripts, nervous system regulation, polyvagal, felt sense exercises, fascia release, inner work, somatics, embodiment practices, psycho-education, brain reprogramming and other tools to assist and allow for transformation of the physical body, mental body, emotional body, and spiritual body, for ourselves as students/practitioners and for our clients/family. Each module will have different components relevant to the course.
